Hello, I'm so happy you are here. I began my breathwork journey in 2023 when an old high school friend reached out to me about a breathwork teacher on YouTube she thought I would like. At the time, I was exploring plant medicine and somatic therapy and figured I had nothing to lose. In fact, I had everything to gain.
Breathwork has changed my life in immense ways. My cycle is more regulated. I'm less reactive. I feel calmer, especially around my four children. The generational trauma I've been navigating my entire life has healed. Breathwork was monumental in my healing journey.
Now, I am passionate about helping others wanting similar results. As someone who spent her life searching externally for answers, I finally learned that everything we need is within us. Let's unlock your potential and your healing…one breath at a time.
